Terms & Conditions OFA168 – Full Platform Rules for Malaysia

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the ofa168 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of your registration on ofa168.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the ofa168 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after an update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use ofa168's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf, and not on behalf of any other party.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions related to gambling in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the ofa168 platform.
• Not suffering from a gambling addiction that requires professional treatment or support.

Ofa168 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

• Bonus arbitrage — registering multiple accounts or colluding with other players to unlawfully exploit bonuses.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play or place bets.
• Collusion in table games — secretly colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hackers and system attackers — any attempt to access, interfere with, or damage ofa168's systems or databases.
• Spreading false information — spreading misleading or defamatory information about ofa168 on any platform.

Ofa168 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity. All required information will be provided to the authorities without delay.

Ofa168 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

Alternatively, members may close their ofa168 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any eligible cash balance will be returned via the original payment method.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a management fee of RM 10 per month.
• Members who close their account for self-exclusion purposes will not be permitted to re-register for a period of 6 months.
